Come join Maersk Container Industry and play an important role in finding the right talents enabling us to be able to serve our customers while focusing on reducing the global carbon footprint and food waste in a global transport and logistics environment.
Maersk Container Industry (MCI) is looking for an inspiring profile to take up a maternity cover for the position as Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding Lead for a period of 12 months. So - if you are experienced in recruitment, have a good knowledge of branding related activities, then this might be the opportunity for you.
You will be responsible for recruitments from a-z for all DK based positions. You are driving the process and together with the hiring managers and local HR, you will be defining the right sourcing strategies.
You will work fulfilling our targets on our employer branding agenda on a more global level working closely with both your HR colleagues in DK and China.
You will be part of a small team based in DK and report directly to the Global Head of HR and CSR in Maersk Container Industry. Your work place can be either in Copenhagen or Tinglev, Southern DK. Travelling to the office in Tinglev is required min. 2 days every week. You can from time to time work from home if necessary.

Your key responsibilities also include:
• Maintain strong relationships with the local community, including collaborations with e.g., universities, research institutes, local government and municipality representatives and job centers.
• Work on proactively defining relevant sourcing strategies
• Build strong partnerships with leaders and other stakeholders to understand and support the business area needs in relation to recruitment and branding activities
• Define a recruitment strategy to ensure a diverse and inclusive culture is built in MCI across the globe
• Contribute in various global project related activities to ensure full alignment between Maersk and MCI, including continuous improvement of global processes related to talent acquisition and employer branding.
Additionally, you will be leading the global engagement process for MCI ensuring that all stakeholders receive the right level of information for driving the agenda in the local areas whilst supporting the Senior Management Team in a more data driven approach where you will be proving the necessary reporting data and presentation materials.
You hold a bachelor or master’s degree in Human Resources or similar field. You have already gained vast experience working in the recruitment field and/or within the employer branding discipline.
It is considered a plus if you have some project management experience.
To be successful in the team, you need to be a self-driven individual with a can-do-attitude and have a strong collaborative and result-oriented mindset. You have a good structure of your own task portfolio and know how to prioritize your own time. You are motivated team player, and, in your work, you are thorough and accurate ensuring a successful and timely delivery of your responsibilities.
You have a strong sense of urgency and you have an open, brave, and trusted approach to your business partners.
It is a basic requirement that you have excellent, professional English skills. Danish is not required but would be an advantage.
