The visualization product management team within ENT is searching for a Global Product Manager to help drive the commercial agenda for our ENT portfolio, including participating in development projects and conducting impactful product launches globally.
Our ENT portfolio is part of the visualization business unit and includes single-use flexible endoscopes used for nasal and laryngeal examinations of patients. All the products are centered around the aScope product range which is a disruptive innovation that has changed clinical practice.
Driving the development and continuous growth activities for your product portfolio
As Global Product Manager your responsibilities will include:
Solid business experience within healthcare
To succeed in this position, you need to have experience working with healthcare companies, preferably in product management within ENT/otolaryngology. You also need to have a strong commercial mindset and a good understanding of what it takes to develop and grow a market.
You probably hold a degree in healthcare, business or marketing on a master’s level and have a project work oriented mindset.
Your experience and skillset give you the ability to understand the user needs that drive innovation and translate them to both positioning, messaging and product benefits. It is natural for you to present your analysis, findings and recommendations in a convincingly manner.
As a person you are analytical, self-driven, have a “can do” attitude and think strategically. You are good at cross cultural interaction and you are naturally team minded.
As Ambu is a global company it is essential that you have excellent English skills and that you have a global mindset in relation to both co-workers and business opportunities.
The position as Global Product Manager is based at Ambu’s headquarter in Ballerup, Denmark.

- Develop and implement market strategies and tactics to obtain the ambitious growth of your product range
- Understand and convey customer needs, market and business input to ensure the right customer and business focus in product development
- Upstream product management work including product launches in collaboration with subsidiaries
- Continuously work with the product offering, value propositions, positioning and messaging
- Drive the day to day commercial agenda for our products
- Be a strong business partner for our sales territories
