Are you ready for a career move where you will have international exposure and a direct impact on the overall result of the company. Fertin Pharma A/S is looking for a competent and dedicated product developer for our development group within nicotine containing products (NCP).
By joining our NCP team, you will embark on what we believe is a purposeful mission – and probably one of the most exciting and ambitious strategies set out. In our daily work we help our owner’s – and other customer’s - leading global brands by creating products to support healthier living.
Fertin Pharma was recently acquired by Philip Morris International (PMI) and at Fertin Pharma, our mission is to support healthier living and with our new owner onboard, Fertin will continue to pursue its mission and at the same time be a key enabler in building a smoke-free future together with our new owner.

Nicotine containing products are products which has gained significant success as a cigarette substitution product. We are therefore strenghtening our group of product developers within that segment. At Fertin we have a strong portfolio of oral solid dose product platforms which enables us to do world class product pursuing a smoke-free future.
The NCP group plays an important role in Fertin Pharma’s overall strategy in bringing new nicotine containing products to market at the right time, quality and cost. The NCP group consist of highly skilled product developers and lab technicians bringing many, many years of experience and is an integrated part of our R&D, Innovation and Quality group.
Key responsibilities
- Product development of oral products with nicotine
- Focus on product stability
- Documentation
- You are eager to have hands-on in the entire product development process
- You have contact to internal and external collaborators during the development ie. project owner, suppliers and experts
- Participation in scale-up of developed products
- Participation in ad hoc projects
What we are looking for
- You have relevant experience within product development and product development processes within food and/or nutraceutical and/or pharmaceuticals
- Experience with the product category is prefered but not mandatory
- You have experience with manufacturing and up-scaling processes
- You see challenges and not problems
- You are curious by nature
