Your Profile
You have been working with complex projects and programs for more than 6 years managing teams and assignments successfully and delivering project initiatives and program benefits to the satisfaction of your clients.
You have a commercial and/or engineering and/or managerial background and you have taken additional training and education as a project and program manager eg. PRINCE2, PMP, PGMP, IPMA-A,B, Lean SixSigma or similar, to strengthen your profile and improve your project management toolbox.
You have a consultative approach to problem analysis and solution design, and you can manage the project and program lifecycle professionally and structured from start to end.
You have extensive experience managing PMO functions, Change Management initiatives, C-Level Reporting and Financial controlling of complex projects and programs.
Further you ideally have one or more of the following: IT project, HR project and Cloud project experience – Finance sector, manufacturing sector, energy sector or public sector experience.

Assignment Profile
The Program Manager will typically:
- have the overall responsibility for managing the full T&T (Transition and Transformation) project or program end to end lifecycle.
- refer to Senior Director, VP or C-Level management in the client organization, and you will manage and lead a team consisting of client and consultant SME’s, business managers, HR business partners and workstream project managers.
- be responsible for managing the program or project PMO to secure governance, effectiveness, and efficiency of the program operations.
- secure alignment of business benefits, goals and objectives across the program and transparently deliver the desired program outcomes from the program and project business cases.
- identify, onboard, and manage stakeholders to secure smooth and proactive alignment with impacted people, systems, and process areas within the client organization.
- manage Change, Risks and Transition to daily operations as an integrated approach of the program management efforts and secure a smooth and well-prepared training and upskilling of targeted organizational departments.
- manage external suppliers and vendors as well as managing contracts and collaboration aspects of these engagements.
Your Profile
