You will be leading technically advanced delivery projects with high focus on time to market and customer perceived quality.
Your projects will involve many different engineering and production disciplines; therefore, you will naturally establish a close collaboration with many of your colleagues across the organization.

You have the experience, overview, and motivation for driving technical projects in a direct and open-minded environment where the distance to Senior Management is very short.

You will join a growing project organization, which consists of commercial Project Managers, technical Project Managers and Project Planners. The projects vary from minor upgrade projects, standard projects, and bigger development projects. Depending on the size of the projects, you will be responsible for driving 1-5 projects in parallel.

Your primary responsibilities will be:
- Lead the cross-functional and organizational project team.
- Drive alignment and advancement across the organization, making sure that project plan and resource needs are clearly detailed and communicated.
- Continuously assure management of plans, finances, and risks.
- Facilitate transparency in project reporting and create appropriate data for decisions.
- Create reports and lead gate reviews and steering group meetings.
- Coordinate and guide project stakeholders towards the project milestones.
- Drive project meetings and handle impediments, escalate when necessary.
- Support project sales with review of technical specifications, risk, project schedule & budget.
- Arrange and conduct progress and status meetings with customers.
You have the experience, overview, and motivation for driving technical projects in a direct and open-minded environment where the distance to Senior Management is very short.
Your profile:
- 5-10 years project management experience from a project organization, preferably from an industry like Weibel’s.
- A well-equipped project management toolbox.
- A technical background, which enables you to understand the challenges in each discipline.
- Excellent communication skills in Danish and English, both written and verbally.
- Outgoing personality and the ability to communicate across all levels; both towards the technical staff and senior management.
- Able to navigate in a project environment with multiple stakeholders and parallel agendas.
- Skills and motivation to create overview and transparency.
- Thrive in a high paced environment.
- The ability to dig into important details.
- Motivated by delivering high-tech solutions that make a difference in critical situations for both the military and civil industry.
