About the department
Quality Project Management, a part of Novo Nordisk Quality, is responsible for driving strategic projects for Novo Nordisk Quality. Our ambition is to drive projects which ensures a robust and simple quality management system supporting Novo Nordisk in maintaining world class quality in the future. We drive projects which support Novo Nordisk Quality ambition, many of which focus on simplifying our processes and IT systems.
The job
You will be part of the project organisation working closely together with the project teams. You will be responsible for engaging with the organization and ensuring they are embracing and adopting to the desired impact of the change introduced through our projects.
The key purpose is to ensure the change readiness of the organization, onboard stakeholders and ensure benefit realization in the organization. Specifically, this means you will drive mapping of stakeholder landscape, drive communication interacting with line of business across Novo Nordisk and follow up on implementations to ensure business benefit is achieved.
You will work anchored in Bagsværd, but you will collaborate with stakeholders from all around the globe.
Qualifications
The person we are looking for has:
- A master’s degree with excellent results within communication, change management or similar
- Understanding of change management and change leadership
- Strong communication skills
- Strong stakeholder management skills
Your personal qualities define you as robust, a self-starter, and a great collaborator that always has a positive attitude. You never lose focus, despite changing demands or tight deadlines.
Preferable, you have a couple of years’ experiences but could also be newly graduates. Most important is that you are clear in your communication and have the ability to communicate complex subjects in an easy and understandable way. Excellent command of English, both written and spoken is a must.
