Then you might be our new Strategy Finance Project Manager for the SVP area called Contract Manufacturing, Sourcing, Devices & Sustainability (CSDS) in Product Supply. The position As Project manager with CSDS Finance you will be driving projects & strategic initiatives from idea phase to conceptualisation and implementation across the SVP area. Example of this work could be to drive our productivity agenda to the next level or optimise how we work with direct spend leveraging digital tools to combat a spend outlook that is 5x higher then today. This role is also responsible for the enterprise risk management process and alignment with senior management. We strive to be described by our stakeholders as Trusted Finance Business Partners. That means we build trust with our stakeholder through close collaboration, great communication and put in the effort extra to solve the problems in an excellent way. You will be expected to identify and drive continuous optimizations of our processes and how we support the business in the best possible way. You will build and sustain a strong network both across the CSDS organization and across the Product Supply Finance organization. Lastly, you are expected to have a genuine interest in leadership and a desire to develop into a people one day. This could mean you support across our unit in preparing capabilities building sessions, off-sites and workshop in Novo Nordisk Way. Qualification To succeed in this role, you hold a relevant master’s degree within Finance, Economics or Mathematics have a minimum of +4 years’ experience and a proven track record in financial management, budgeting, financial modeling, and production economy authentic personality that easily builds trust and fellowship. Maybe you have already been exposed to leadership fluency in English is a requirement, which along with strong communication and presentation skills are essentials courage to challenge the status quo and bring in new perspectives As a person, you are structured and get things done while you enjoy motivating people around. You can manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while keeping track of the overall team. Lastly, you have excellent communication skills and can easily interact with people at all levels in the organization and you can manage flexible workloads and thrive when working under pressure. About the department CSDS Finance is an international team consisting of approx. 30 people from around 10 different countries. The finance department is anchored within a Business Support consisting of approx. 65-70 people cover Executive Support, Supply Chain, Digitalisation & IT and Operational Excellence. Contract Manufacturing, Sourcing, Devices & Sustainability (CSDS) is an SVP area with more than 3000 employees spanning Denmark, Japan, the US, Algeria, Iran, and Russia. CSDS is responsible for managing external production and sourcing from a strategic, tactical and operational level across Product Supply. This covers a wide range of functions such as bringing new devices from Research & Development into production, sourcing all direct spend materials, and managing a complex and expanding portfolio of external manufacturers (CMOs).
