If so, this is your chance to become our new HR Business Partner in P&O! The position This is a newly established role, in which you will have the opportunity to make a very tangible impact on how the organization operates. As an HR Business Partner in P&O, you act as a strategic sparring partner for four business areas and will be responsible for driving the below activities.
• Being part of the overall P&O agenda, and creating a key strategy for how to prioritize initiatives and resources across P&O
• Organizational development and effectiveness
• Strategic workforce planning
• Change management
• Diversity & Inclusion
• Talent management & development
• Culture and engagement
• Performance management
• Coaching and sparring with managers/leaders Alongside your P&O HR Business Partner colleagues, you will be in charge of continuously reviewing, assessing and evolving the business to drive organizational efficiency and agility. Furthermore, you will be shaping and fostering an engaging, diverse, and inclusive employee environment, rooted in our values - the Novo Nordisk Way. As a trusted advisor, you will build solid relationships with the business and the P&O organization, identify challenges and opportunities, and play an important role in addressing them and getting them fixed. You will be working closely with your areas within P&O in defining and executing initiatives to improve the business areas’ ability to seize business opportunities and overcome challenges. Qualifications The ideal candidate is a strong and pragmatic executor with a can-do mindset. You are a respected team player with high personal integrity, offering your perspectives respectfully. As an individual, you have the ability to drive things forward and create value for any project or team. To succeed in this role the following qualifications are an advantage: • Experience working in a large, international, and matrix organization
• Proven track record as an HR Business Partner
• A relevant academic degree in HR, Organization, Business Psychology, Business Administration, or similar
• Solid stakeholder management skills and the ability to navigate effectively across the organization
• Structured planner who is assertive, yet able to listen and set boundaries in a respectful manner
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
You have an ability to think strategically and to translate business into tangible HR actions, based on a thorough understanding of the challenges and future outlook. You are a team player, a strong collaborator, and curious about other people and their perspectives.
It is natural for you to bridge opinions by demonstrating good cultural understanding and stakeholder management. You find pragmatic solutions and get people to collaborate, focusing on what matters most for the end user, and you are an experienced facilitator.

You will join a team of HR Business Partners working on supporting the leadership within two EVP areas: People & Organisation and Finance, Legal and Global Solutions. We support the leadership teams on all HR-related matters from strategic people discussions, people development, the annual HR wheel, and ad hoc employee matters. Our main priority is to enable the business to deliver by driving the right people initiatives based on the business strategy. You will report to the EVP HR Business Partner.
