The position You will be part of our early journey, being an active participant to various projects related to CMO assessments and improvements of project management processes. Your main tasks will include:
  • Implementing and adapting new project standards to the needs of our business
  • Coordinating and helping with planning of CMO assessments under guidance from Project Managers
  • Supporting experienced Project Managers in their workshops and planning of CMO projects
    • Practicalities:
  • Duration: 6 months with the potential of extension (with the preference for candidates who are in the first or second semester of the M.Sc.)
  • Working hours: The internship position is flexible with 18-37 hrs per week
  • Start date: January/February 2024
  • Danish full-time work permit is required
    • The position is placed in the GCM Project Management Office where we are two people, supporting two departments of Project Managers. As a team member, you will take full responsibility for your tasks and will have the opportunity to significantly contribute to the outcome of the project. You will receive continuous feedback on your work, and we will support you in building a network beneficial to your professional and personal growth. Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Healthcare Management, Supply Chain or a related field
  • Proven analytical skills
  • High level of drive and a “can-do-attitude”
  • Fluency in both spoken & written English
    • About the department The Global Contract Manufacturing (GCM) unit is responsible for Novo Nordisk's outsourced manufacturing. The unit sources APIs and semi-finished products into Novo Nordisk production and delivers finished products to patients world-wide.
