As our Senior Manager, you will assist the wider Product Supply, Quality, IT [PSQIT] organisation in planning, executing and reporting due diligences. You will be part of the PSQIT Business Integration team and assist in maturing out overall M&A transactions capability, in particular due diligences, and act as senior due diligence expert and sparring partner to the wider organisation.You will be responsible for sharpen our due diligence processes within PSQIT, train and educate the wider PSQIT organisation in the usage of Novo Nordisk best practice toolbox for due diligence and in close collaboration with the Corporate Development ensure efficient delivery and execution of due diligence from PSQIT.Main responsibilities of the Senior Manager are:Act as senior due diligence advisor and sparring partner to the PSQIT organisation Continuously further develop the execution of due diligence capability Leverage network to inspire best-in-class due diligence Drive the end-to-end due diligence process from PSQIT in collaboration with PSQIT’s Subject Matter Experts Coordinate staffing needs with regards to onboarding of Subject Matter Expert on the projects Prepare and onboard PSQIT Integration teams for Integration during due diligence Key stakeholders for this role is Corporate Development, functional diligence teams, Quality Due Diligence & Integration, IT Due Diligence & Integrations, various areas within Product Supply.Qualifications
We are looking for an ambitious and proactive colleague who can contribute to the team both professionally and personally. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in most of the following skills and experiences:5+ years of experience within M&A transactions Conducted more than 50 due diligences Experience from global organisation Consulting background is considered an advantage Team management experience (could be informal leadership) An eye for spotting areas of improvement and a drive to get things done Strong stakeholder management skills, and excellent communication skills Experience and understanding of the pharma industry is a plus.
As our corporate language is English, we expect you to be fluent both in written and spoken. As this is a global role. Due to our global presence, you should be ready to travel to our global sites on a frequent basis.About the department
The newly established PSQIT Business Integration will be responsible for efficient scouting and due diligence processes of potential acquisitions within manufacturing capacities, participate in due diligence on assets coming from Corporate Development as well as own identified targets, manage the integration into PSQIT and finally mature PSQIT’s overall M&A (Mergers & Acquisitions) readiness. The department reports to Novo Nordisk’s SVP of Supply Chain & Finance within PSQIT.Working at Novo Nordisk
