The position
As the Business Owner Delegate, we expect you to act as a key liaison between our security departments and have the overall responsibility of our incident framework across Novo Nordisk in Denmark. In this role, you will become a business process owner, responsible for establishing and presenting data-driven business cases and reporting key security data, by organizing and gathering security information and data, while understanding how to package them for outsiders to understand the security risks.
Your other responsibilities include:
  • Driving and supporting the development and implementation of strategic vision for the incident framework
  • Preparation of reporting analysis results to support the communication to the management
  • Supporting the establishment of training setup for our Frontline Security
  • Being a key player in cross-service projects and knowledge sharing
  • Supporting development and follow up on incident framework KPI

  • Qualifications
    You hold a Bachelor or Master degree with a strong proven track record of tangible results, 3-5 years of relevant experience ideally in incident response or security support, and preferably in depth business acumen. Other success criteria are:
  • Strong analytical skills, security risk, and overall business understanding
  • Fluency in English and Danish as an advantage
  • Experience in business support is advantageous but not required
  • Self-starter mindset and a drive to identify opportunities and implement solutions
  • On a personal level, you thrive in dynamic environments with high level of empowerment and possess the ability to conclude and take bold decision based on data driven analyses. Furthermore, you can adapt to changes, while demonstrating proactivity, ability to solve complex problems, timely delivery, and high quality. We expect you to establish trustful and respectful relationships with colleagues and stakeholders. About the department
    Frontline Security department is part of Corporate Facilities. Our Incident Obligations is responsible to safeguard Novo Nordisk sites, people, and buildings in Denmark 24/7.
