About the role You will be the liaison between the end-users and IT and explain the technical solutions in a language that everyone understands. We stretch ourselves both between digging into new technologies such as Microsoft (MS) CoPilot, but also thrive by ensuring that all employees get better utilisation of every tool we have in our digital workplace portfolio. In this role we expect you to be able to distinguish between nice to know and need to know information and know how to communicate both. Moreover, you understand to fulfil the needs of the many and the few. You strive to implement the value of the end-user in every aspect of the digital workplace toolbox. Your key tasks include: Communication and adoption campaign towards all employees in Novo Nordisk on how to apply the different technologies and solutions Assist on build, implement and run the virtual Digital Workplace Festival provided once yearly for all Novo Nordisk employees Analyse and create feedback loop on user needs using different methods to ensure both qualitative and quantitative data collection Elicits requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, tasks, and workflow analysis Design and deliver training and support programs to help employees effectively use digital tools and technologies What we scout for To be a strong candidate for this position, we have an idea that you will possess many to most of these: Relevant master’s degree and 4-5+ years of experience in communication, branding, or consultancy. Experience with UX and Design Thinking methodologies is an advantage Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work well in a constantly developing, changing and global environment Full professional proficiency of written and oral English required The ideal candidate for this position should have a quality mindset and analytical skills, as well as be open to feedback and able to work independently while paying attention to deadlines. You should also have a solution-oriented mindset and be able to present ideas effectively, demonstrating a good understanding of customer service management, along with the technical aspects of our services. Moreover, you possess a high level of integrity and strong negotiation skills.
