Apply now! The position As Project Manager, you own and manage projects from inception to execution, ensuring our supply chain is future-ready. You deliver high-quality solutions and actively apply strategic targets throughout the supply chain, from idea to handover. Some of your key responsibilities include: Executing strategic transformation projects
Establishing and overseeing comprehensive project schedules
Coordinating cross-functional development of scope, deliverables, and timelines
Steering multi-disciplinary project teams through all project phases, offering guidance and motivation
Promoting inter-team coordination, communicating with stakeholders, and adapting to changing project needs.
Qualifications To be considered for this position, we imagine you: Hold a master’s degree in economics, finance, supply chain management, engineering, or a related field, with a minimum of 2 years of proven project management expertise
Possess familiarity with Waterfall and Agile methodologies
Display a successful track record of effectively managing multiple projects and workstreams in a dynamic setting
Showcase fluency in both written and spoken English.
As a person, you possess strong communication and collaboration skills, you are structured with highly analytical mindset and excellent problem-solving skills, you are motivated and work well under pressure. You respect the opinion of others, yet can drive a decision through the team. Your time-management skills are excellent and you can decisively prioritize, triage, and make real-time decisions as well as following up and following through. Finally, you think strategically and anticipate changes that could affect projects. About the department You will be part of the Strategy and Business Development department, which is responsible for driving the strategic development and distribution of Sourcing Operations (SoOp) that has the overall responsibility for the incoming supply chain in Novo Nordisk and consists of 400 dedicated employees.
