The position As Senior Digital Transformation Project Manager, your main responsibility is to drive essential digital transformation projects, locally as well as centrally. Initially, your focus will be on facilitating the SAP S/4 Hana business transformation within CSD towards the Global Novo Nordisk program. Some of your key tasks include: Supervising a team comprising Change Leads, Process Supporters, IT Resources, and Validation Leads, providing leadership and guidance Guaranteeing progress in local transformation initiatives, overseeing the implementation of follow up actions and supporting in Organizational Change Management activities when needed Serving as a vital link between the Program and Senior Vice President areas, fostering effective communication and collaboration Developing comprehensive project plans and budgets, executing standard project management tasks to ensure seamless workflow and resource allocation Qualifications To be successful, we imagine you: Hold a master’s degree in business administration, information technology, or a related discipline Bring a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in project management, showcasing a track record of adeptly leading and delivering complex projects Demonstrate strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams Exhibit a strategic mindset by aligning project goals, effectively allocating resources, and overseeing budget management Showcase proficiency in both written and spoken English As a person, you possess outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, coupled with ambition, a strategic and structured work approach, a high sense of empathy, and a natural curiosity for connecting the dots between business challenges and technology solutions. About the department CSD is an area with more than 3,000 employees spanning Denmark, Japan, Algeria, Iran and Russia, responsible for device, needle, contract and local manufacturing, as well as sourcing across Product Supply. This covers a wide range of functions such as bringing new devices from Research & Development into production, manufacturing and sourcing of device components and needles, managing a large number of Contract Manufacturing Organisations. You will join CSD Business Support in the CSD IT & Digital Department, which works to set direction and strategically develop IT and digital use across the area.
