We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager (SPM) to join our team in Technology Innovation within Injectable Finished Products (IFP) - Manufacturing Development (ManDev) in Product Supply. High drive, energy, and motivation are key to succeed, and the ability to maneuver in an extensive stakeholder landscape. Excellent stakeholder management, problem-solving, reporting, and communication to governance are essential for this role. Your Qualifications
The SPM will be responsible for ensuring cooperation with an external supplier in the US or Europe and at the same time ensure NN internal processes are ready for the future collaboration.
The ideal candidate has previous Project Management experience, preferably in collaboration with external suppliers.
Responsibilities:
• Ensure cooperation with an external supplier in the US or Europe
• Manage projects from initiation to completion.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Lead project teams and ensure effective communication among team members.
• Ensure project objectives are met on time and within budget.
• Monitor project progress and report on project status to stakeholders.
• Identify and manage project risks and issues.
• Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including external suppliers.
Requirements:
• bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field
• 5+ years of Project Management experience preferably in collaboration with external suppliers
• PMP or Prince2 certification is a plus.
• Experience in aseptic production and filling process is a plus.
• Excellent stakeholder management, problem-solving, reporting, and communication to governance are essential for this role.

In Technology Innovation we are responsible to develop state-of-the art solutions for processes within Aseptic Production (AP). This means that we aim to apply newest technology to create innovative, scalable, and robust solutions within various areas of the filling process. We are a team of program and project managers, and part of the area of Technology Innovation, which we share with teams of innovation engineers.
