The position As the Project Associate you will be anchored in Business Support, referring to our Project Director for the Future Injectable Finished Products in Bagsværd (IFP BA) programme. You will be involved in driving our Future Manufacturing programme that has a strategic impact on our production site. You will have the opportunity to engage with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders and help set the direction for the project team, while being responsible for project metrics, as well as shaping future projects. Your tasks will include, but are not limited to: Managing projects of low/medium complexity, ensuring alignment with the Novo Nordisk Way
Monitoring and controlling project work, negotiating resources, and establishing project governance
Reporting project performance to stakeholders and perform integrated change control
Ensuring compliance with quality management systems and environmental, health, and safety management systems
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who is passionate about project management and is interested in pursuing their career within pharmaceutical industry. Our ideal candidate has excellent interpersonal skills that allow them to cooperate with various stakeholders. To succeed in this role, you have: A BSc or MSc Degree in STEM field
Some experience within project management, preferably in production, development, or quality assurance
Knowledge of standards and regulatory requirements (GMP) within pharmaceutical products is an advantage
Professional proficiency in English; knowledge of Danish will be an advantage

About the department The Project Associate position is anchored in Business Support and reports to the Project Director for the Future Injectable Finished Products (IFP) in Bagsværd. IFP BA is responsible for managing projects and programs related to general business requirements and specialized areas within the pharmaceutical industry (logistics, finance, lean, digitalization, training, facilities and EHS). The department focuses on planning, organizing, and controlling resources to achieve project objectives.
