As our new Project Manager - Cartridge Handling Automation you will be part of our newly estab-lished “Future Proofing Aseptic Production” team within our Novo Nordisk Injectable Finished Products organisation. The target of the program is to ensure GMP compliance of our current filling line equipment; and to fulfil future Regulatory Authority expectations. Within the program we develop new technology platforms, and perform major equipment upgrades of exiting filling lines and their supporting functions. As our Project Manager - Cartridge Handling Automation you will drive robotics and automation projects within our aseptic production network. You will be part of a newly established program with potentially 50+ machines to be designed, delivered, and commissioned across our global production network. You will be working closely with other project managers towards fully auto-mated filling factories. As our new Project Manager - Cartridge Handling Automation will be responsible for:
• Prioritisation of activities and setting direction as well as scouting for technologies and knowledge sharing
• Managing timelines, deliverables, and resources
• Structuring work packages, and guiding project team members
• Ensuring documentation and validation of solutions
• Managing suppliers, consultants, external partners, and authorities
• Preparation of decisions and reporting to management We offer an exciting position where you will quickly develop a global network, both internally and externally. As your projects will be cross-borders, some travelling would be expected, this is estimated up to 10%. Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you have:
• An academic degree within engineering, pharmaceutical science, economics or similar combined with, ideally experience in technology development and automation for aseptic production
• 2-5 years of experience as a Project Manager or have hands on experience leading pro-jects
• Good communication skills, including the ability to target your communication at a broad set of stakeholders at all organisational levels
• Professional proficiency of English On a personal level, you have a curious mind and a drive to set and reach ambitious targets on new ground. As you have a structured approach to your work, you can juggle several tasks while prioritising your efforts optimally by keeping the bigger picture in mind. The ability to work both as a team member and alone when required would be beneficial. You are a team player, and able to quickly build strong working relationships. About the department
Our VP area IFP Technology Innovation is responsible for technology development that will ensure that our brand new IFP aseptic production sites and our existing sites use the latest technologies and processes. We play an essential role for the future of Novo Nordisk, and we are expected to be the front runners for development of new technolo-gies, but also to set ambitious goals and deliver the needed solutions for the future aseptic production. Within our Future Proofing AP department, we ensure equipment of existing facilities is compliant and efficient based on technology platform development, life-cycle manage-ment strategy, and execution gameplan and in close collaboration with our aseptic pro-duction sites in China, France, Denmark, Brazil, and the United States.
