We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our Digital Supply Chain Transformation and Strategy team. The Position As a Senior Product Manager at Novo Nordisk, you will play a crucial role in ensuring end-to-end transparency in our supply chain. Your responsibilities will include: Prioritizing and driving a portfolio of control towers to maximize business value and achieve supply chain transparency. Formulating and communicating use- and business cases to stakeholders. Managing product development sprints and grooming backlogs with technical teams. Participating in pipeline governance and prioritization, facilitating stakeholder and steerCo meetings. Managing budgets and making informed decisions on tech stack choices. Qualifications To be successful in this role, we are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications: Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably in the supply chain or logistics industry. Solid understanding of supply chain challenges and pain points. Ability to translate supply chain challenges into features and functions in an IT product. Experience in managing IT product delivery cycles using agile methodologies and traditional project management tools. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Knowledge of different tech stacks and their implications for solving various problems. About the Department The Digital Supply Chain Transformation and Strategy team is an international team consisting of approximately 10 employees with diverse backgrounds. We collaborate across functions within and outside the Supply Chain domain to support strategy development and execution. Our goal is to ensure digital transformation in Novo Nordisk’s supply chain by leveraging cutting-edge technologies and digital processes.
