Then look no further as we are currently searching for an experienced and highly skilled IT Project Manager, who can help drive our diverse project portfolio in the DD&IT Staffs area, which covers Finance, Quality & Facilities, and People & Organization.
The role and responsibilities
You will join our dynamic ‘Design & Delivery’ team of professionals anchored in Bagsværd working with Project & Portfolio Management and IT Architecture across the Staffs area. Right now we have a unique opportunity for you to become part of an exciting project organization and lead of the IT track within our Site Energy Upgrade Program.
As our new Senior IT Project Manager , your main focus will of course be to drive and generate real value to the business, leading and managing cross-functional teams in the successful delivery of IT projects, from initiation to completion, within established timelines and budgets.
Furthermore, your responsibilities could include, but not limited to: Develop and maintain project plans, including scope, deliverables, schedules, and resource allocation. Manage and mitigate project risks, proactively identifying and resolving issues that may impact project timelines and deliverables. Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and industry standards, e.g. within validated GxP IT systems. Provide regular project updates to stakeholders and senior management, highlighting progress, risks, and recommendations for improvement. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, driving efficiency and innovation in project management processes and methodologies. What we’re looking for We imagine that you have an academic background within a relevant field such as IT , Engineering, Computer Science, or Business A dministration, and can see yourself in most of the below qualifications : +5 years of relevant experience with IT project management and successfully delivering complex projects in large r organisations. Experience within energy design, energy infrastructure, or utility installations are a huge plus. Strong project management skills, with the ability to self-motivate and inspire your project team to achieve collective goals. Experience and understanding of validated GxP IT systems and regulatory requirements. Experience in leading cross-functional teams, managing resources, and resolving conflicts. PMP, Prince2, or other relevant project management certifications and knowledge of agile methodologies, such as SAFe are desirable. As a person, we would like you to have excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, with the capability to influence and negotiate effectively, as one of the main focus areas will be to establish close collaboration with stakeholders across Novo Nordisk, gather project requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.

DD&IT Staffs is the IT and digitalisation partner for all Staffs areas in Novo Nordisk, where we are responsible for driving initiatives across Finance, Quality and Global People & Organisation.
