The Position: In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and managing training programs and tools for our employees on a global scale. You will collaborate closely with a Training Partner and/or Instructional Designer, as well as other Subject Matter Experts, to develop comprehensive training solutions. Your focus will be on ensuring that all training projects meet our high standards and are effectively implemented to benefit diverse employee groups worldwide. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design or a related field.
3+ years of experience in instructional design and training development.
Basic knowledge of Health & Safety.
Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools and learning management systems (LMS).
Strong project management, communication, and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent at seeing processes from a high-level perspective and translating them into training programs.
Structured and analytical with strong ownership of tasks from planning to execution and follow-up.
Personal Attributes: Communicate effectively with diverse job groups and build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
Enjoy working both independently and as part of a team toward common goals.
Fluent in English, both spoken and written.

The department is Novo Nordisk's Centre of Excellence in the field of Health & Safety with around 50 dedicated colleagues. Our role is to safeguard employee safety, health and well-being as an integrated part of how Novo Nordisk do business, by providing targeted support and easy-to-use system, tools and guidance.

- Create various types of training programs tailored to meet the needs of all employees globally.
- Work with subject matter experts and stakeholders to develop course content and assessments that meet learning objectives and compliance requirements.
- Oversee training projects from inception to completion, including scoping, planning, budgeting, scheduling, and quality assurance.
- Deliver, track, and report on training and performance metrics using LMS.
- Perform evaluations and assessments of training programs to ensure effectiveness and facilitate continuous improvement.
- Keep abreast of learning trends, technologies, and best practices in Health & Safety training.
