We are looking to expand our team with several people to support us reaching our strategic aspirations in RAW. As (Senior) Project Manager, your primary role entails owning and managing projects from inception to execution.You can anticipate being involved in projects related to GMP, quality improvements, authority requirements, and material transfer of development projects to Sourcing Operations/RAW. In addition to above, we expect future projects related to acquisitions and scaling of our organization.Some of your key tasks include:Executing projects ranging from local improvement initiatives to strategic projects within Raw Materials, Excipients, Process aids, and Single-Use Systems Steering project teams through all project phases, establishing and overseeing project schedules, along with offering guidance and motivation Promoting inter-team coordination, communicating with stakeholders, and adapting to changing project needs Scoping and defining new initiatives and process improvements with assistance from the professionals in the department You will work closely with GMP material scientists and other project managers supporting on department level in RAW, but your activities will include communicating across all levels and business areas in the organization. Qualifications
To be considered for this position, we imagine you:Hold a master’s degree in Chemistry, Engineering, or another relevant field within the natural sciences, OR alternatively Possess a master’s diploma or higher in a different field but bring project management experience within the industry Demonstrate solid project management expertise, either as a project manager or as an individual contributor/specialist Showcase a successful track record of effectively managing projects and workstreams Display fluency in both written and spoken English Familiarity with GMP requirements in the pharmaceutical industry would be considered an advantage.As a person, you are resilient and independent, with excellent communication and collaboration skills. You are structured and possess an analytical mindset, effectively prioritizing, assessing, and driving decisions, as well as mastering timely follow-up and follow-through. You respect others’ opinions yet can steer a decision through the team. Finally, you are a strategic thinker who actively acts on changes that could impact projects.
About the Department
You will join Mat ManDev – RAW, in Product Supply, Sourcing Operations. The position is in the Processes and Raw Material Life Cycle Management team, but you will provide support to the entire department. The department consist of approximately 50 employees, located in Bagsværd, but moving to Taastrup at the end of 2024.In Mat ManDev we are responsible for the establishment and maintenance of the control setup and internal release specifications for complex materials (raw materials, excipients, Primary Packaging materials etc.) used in marketed products produced at sites worldwide. We support development activities to secure right maturity for transfer to marketed production and life cycle management. We collaborate with a variety of functions, including production ManDev, development, Warehouses, Quality Control, and QA. Working at
