In Product Supply, Diabetes Finished Product (DFP), we are looking for a motivated person capable of creating training solutions in the support of the production departments at site Bagsværd.
About the department
The team is part of DFP Bagsværd Business Support and consists of 17 dedicated team members working with different supporting functions such as training, HR, finance and archive. The team is also involved in numerous projects that aim to improve the structure, processes and overall quality of our services provided. We have ambitious goals and therefore we need ambitious people to ensure the success. We collaborate closely with all management layers and subject matter experts to ensure a close connection and understanding of business needs.
The position
Your key responsibility as Training Professional is to support our managers, trainers and subject matter expert with training solutions to ensure a continuous high level of competences for our employees.
You will be responsible for supporting two of our eight departments, where you will be responsible for the transparency and quality of training provided by trainers. You will take on different roles such as local project manager, facilitator and teacher at workshops and developer of training roles in the organisation. You will also be involved in operating the different training systems that we use to align structure and content.
Moreover, you will ensure a functional and sustainable implementation of tools and mind-set for local stakeholders such as managers, academics and operators in cooperation with your training colleagues. At workshops and on the production floor you will train and coach employees, in using the standard training tools and methods, while ensuring the standard is translated into the employee’s everyday context. As the local ambassador for the training standards you will play a major role in promoting and implementing the training agenda and related learning processes.

The job is a 24 months temporary hire.
Qualifications
You hold a relevant academic background where Learning and Development experience from the pharmaceutical industry would be an advantage. You possess strong communication skills including the ability to build relationships and ensure trust and commitment from both internal and external stakeholders. You must possess personal power to influence others and to retain focus while having a high level of execution. You have good analytical skills, a proactive mind-set and can identify, plan and execute projects of various complexity that relates to training systems, methods or processes. Furthermore, a basic understanding of data structure and processing, and you are comfortable with analysing and managing vast amount of different data.
You must be fluent in Danish and English (both written and oral) and master Microsoft Office where interpretation and using data comes natural to you. Engagement and a positive mind-set combined with the ability to take the lead and motivate others to reach a shared goal is important to you. You have daily contact with many different stakeholders and can adapt your communication. You must be able to work both independently as well as within a team.
