The department
Sales Analysis and Insights is a part of Corporate Financial Planning and responsible for the financial management of our two Operating Units, North America Operations and International Operations. In Sales Analysis and Insights, you will be part of a young, dynamic and international finance team consisting of 4 dedicated team players. Based on our finance partnering mind-set, our overall aim is to provide business impact and support our stakeholders by combining strong financial competencies with solid business understanding.
The position
We are looking for a Business Analyst / Senior Business Analyst taking on the role as Finance Partner for one of our operating units. With focus on Novo Nordisk’s sales performance, your primary role is to oversee the financial performance and delivering business insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders in Novo Nordisk. Furthermore, you facilitate and safeguard a smooth budgeting process as well as analysis and reporting environment within your area of responsibility. Further, you will in collaboration with your colleagues drive strategic financial discussions, challenge business cases and budget material and deliver solid financial reports supporting Novo Nordisk internal and external reporting. You will become a trusted finance partner to senior stakeholders and utilise your finance expertise to impact their financial decisions.
Qualifications
You have completed a relevant Master's degree in Finance or Economics with excellent results and have preferably 1-4 years of experience in a similar position. You have a proven track record in financial analysis, budget processes, reporting and project management. On top of analytical skills, you come with an attitude to drive financial processes forward. You have sound stakeholder management skills, a customer mind set as well as the ability to communicate complex insights in an effective way to both senior management. You are fluent in written and spoken English as well as advanced user in Microsoft Office and proficient in working with financial systems.
