Supporting our continuous growth and gain of market shares, we prepare the GN Hearing business worldwide for the future by replacing our current ERP system with Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operation. Over the next 6-8 years, the GNH ERP Transformation (GET) program will cover functionality within sales, supply chain, manufacturing and finance.
You will join our Project Management Office (PMO) team in Ballerup, part of Group IT. Together, we drive projects that support the entire organization in doing what it does best: leading major technology shifts with intelligent audio solutions to make life sound better.
Enable a successful transformation
In the role of junior project manager, you will be an invaluable player in the GET Program Management Office, facilitating core program activities together with program leadership. As such, you will build experience from all project stages, from initiation to successful implementation, and work closely with many different partners and managers across GN.
You will also support the project and program management by facilitating and coordinating program reporting and communication, which includes compiling Steering Committee presentations for top management.
As the GET program has a global impact, you will travel up to 30 days per year.

You also bring:
• At least 1 year’s experience as a project manager, project assistant or the like – preferably within IT
• Experience with project management frameworks and methodologies
• Drive – and an ability to adapt to change and competing demands
• A bachelor’s degree or higher
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
