Would you like to work in the cross field between data analytics, user adoption and process excellence?
Joining us, you will have a key role in the roll-out of BI reports across the commercial functions within GN Audio.

It is our ambition to deliver best-in-class BI and analytics while making sure it is used throughout the organization and supports our users with their needs.
You will help us achieve this by working with fellow team members on the BI reports and data management, engaging stakeholders, capturing scopes and ensuring timely deliveries. You will likewise work with our change management organization to ensure maximum user adoption.
Taking ownership of the projects from scoping to execution, you will:

- Work with the team on planning processes and sprints using Kanban to ensure all tasks are captured
- Do regular check-ins with the team throughout the projects to ensure momentum and plan for roadblocks
- Support roll-outs of reports throughout the organization
- Interact with colleagues throughout the organization to understand whether and how the reports are used
- Take corrective actions and drive new projects to solve any issues with user adoption

- Have an understanding of both project management and analytics, either from a relevant degree or practical experience
- Know of user adoption and change management or have an interest in learning about it
- Are ready to learn all about BI reporting tools such as Qlik
- Are fluent in English
