Join a team that is part of Global Commercial Affairs and Excellence
We are looking for a new colleague that will be the Global FFE advisor to support the launch of Tralokinumab our monoclonal antibody targeting atopic dermatitis. The person will be driving the development and execution of the global fieldforce excellence guideline by working cross-functionally to ensure full alignment with global business objectives to meet critical needs across the organization and by supporting the key markets on defining the FF structure.
The overall responsibility of the role is to oversee the assessment of sales process gaps, provide subject matter expertise guidance around solutions, develop and implement the FFE plan to support the launch of Tralokinumab.
The job
The position is responsible for overseeing the Field Force Effectiveness plan , leading and executing a range of FFE initiatives to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the field organization, resulting in optimizing and aligning fieldforce sizing, defining S&T criteria, key account management, aligning incentive scheme and monitoring the FFE metrics.
Main initiatives to support the launch of Tralokinumab are:
Sizing & Alignment guidelines Segmentation and Targeting guidelines Key account management model Incentive Scheme guidelines FFE metrics monitoring
Building a culture of organizational efficiency and sales process optimization, act as an internal consultant on developing FF structure and process in a competitive environment such as the biologics market place.
Your qualifications
We expect you to hold BA Degree (MA Degree preferred) and 5-10 years of experience in international Commercial Excellence/Sales Force Effectiveness roles in Pharmaceutical companies or in Healthcare Consulting Firms:
Knowledge of Sales Force Effectiveness methodologies & approaches in the context of Healthcare Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Multicultural agility is required; experience from a multinational environment is a plus. Able to drive change management in matrix organizations Capable to establish and maintain collaboration with many diverse people and cultures on all organizational level. Strong decision making ability

Commercial operations – your new department
The role is in Global Commercial Affairs & Excellence and will report to Head of Commercial Operations which is part of Global Commercial Affairs and Excellence. This position leaves you with a large group of stakeholders from all over the entire organization, and in particular the Global Tralokinumab Launch Team and related workstreams.
Travel: 15% - 20%
