As an agile project manager, you will optimize the use of SAFe principles in our team and strengthen our processes and methodologies. We are still in the early stages of our agile journey – and we are looking for you to take us to the next level.

To help ensure that we meet the highest standards, you will join a team of dedicated SW and HW engineers in Advanced Production Tools in Ballerup. We work together in an agile way to develop the necessary testing software, hardware and analytics systems that are used at our manufacturing sites worldwide. This makes us an important link between manufacturing and R&D as we work with the newest developments and enable products to be manufactured.
Ensure effective development through agile methodologies
You will guide and coach agile teams consisting of product owners and engineers from the team. Here, you will be a crucial factor in ensuring that the team creates the most possible value for our colleagues in R&D and Operations, the business and ultimately our consumers.
More specifically, you will:

As this is a relatively new way of working for us, you will collaborate closely with the Head of Advanced Production Tools to influence your own role and define the future way of working in our team.

- Scope our software deliveries into larger program portfolios in close collaboration with business owners
- Prioritize and drive the overall planning of our software development and delivery activities in close collaboration with product owners and agile teams
- Ensure software projects comply with international standards for medical devices and our corporate processes
- Ensure that we have the right resources and competences to reach our goals
- Participate in audit activities conducted on-site by our notified bodies

Experienced project manager with great communication skills

- Experience from working as a project manager within a regulated industry, such as the medical device industry
- A strong understanding of quality management and software development processes
- Have experience from working with agile development methodologies
- A good understanding of agile software development practices
- Fluency in English – Danish is an advantage
