The Trial Management department at LEO Pharma in Ballerup near Copenhagen is growing due to an increasing portfolio. We are looking for experienced Clinical Project Managers who can ensure the conduct of high quality clinical trials from our wide range of exciting development projects.
We offer a challenging job as clinical project manager, where you will get the opportunity to be a key contributor to the success of LEO’s exciting portfolio. The department has grown significantly the past 2 years and currently Trial Management is a team of 30 experienced Clinical Project Managers.
You can be part of an exiting journey establishing the department and processes together with your colleagues. The working atmosphere is busy, pleasant and informal and as the for the rest of LEO innovation is part of everything we do. At LEO, the decision pathways are short, and you can expect to called upon to support the development of the function. You will be working together with an international team of dedicated colleagues within Trial Execution as well as with other functional areas from LEO R&D.

The Trial Management department at LEO Pharma in Ballerup near Copenhagen is growing due to an increasing portfolio. We are looking for experienced Clinical Project Managers who can ensure the conduct of high quality clinical trials from our wide range of exciting development projects.
About the job
- Oversee all aspects of the start-up, conduct, close-out and reporting of clinical trials
- Provide input toward production, review and approval of clinical trial documents
- Lead trials and drive timelines and deliverables within the team
- Ability to visit KOL sites to develop and maintain productive relationships
- Ensure trial team members are adequately trained on responsibilities of trial conduct
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders within Denmark and other international colleagues and team members
- Oversight of CROs for fully outsourced trials
- Participation in the continuous improvement of the department’s procedures and secure best practices
Your Qualifications and experience
- Minimum of bachelor’s degree in science or equivalent/relevant education or related experience gained in clinical research
- Minimum of 3-4 years of direct clinical trial management experience or related trial experience
- Strong knowledge of drug development process
- Strong project management skills with a proactive nature
- Be a team player who can work with other functional areas and foster successful team spirit
- You take responsibility, are structured, committed, flexible and have a positive attitude
- You possess good communication skills in English, verbally as well as in writing
- Ability to travel internationally
