That is why we need you to unfold all of your good knowledge and positive personality across clinical trials from phase II-IV – in a great and dedicated team of experienced specialists.
Drive clinical trials from start up to finalisation
As Clinical Trial/Project Manager your overall objective is to ensure high quality deliverables within agreed deadlines. To succeed in this, you must make many components come together the right way at the right time – and think out of the box to handle challenges on the way. You can look forward to major freedom, and we trust you to be the one to make things happen and drive things forward. Your primary tasks will be to:
- Assembly, lead and motivate clinical trial teams and drive trials from start to finalisation
- Develop the operational plan and risk management plan for the conduct of the clinical trials
- Oversee ALL aspects of the start-up from Trial Outline into conduct, close-out and reporting
- Contribute to selecting of vendors and ensure sponsor oversight of outsourced activities
- Contribute to on-going optimisations of processes, tools, methods etc.
- Attend relevant workshops/congresses to further develop your skills – LEO invests in the employees and their on-going development
Most of our team are based at the LEO Pharma HQ in Ballerup, Copenhagen. However, if you are the right candidate for the job, you can potentially be working from a location anywhere in Europe. You can look forward to approx. 10-15 global travel days per year (in non-Corona times).
Clinical trial management experience in phase 2-4 trials
We are looking for a profile that is used to lead trial teams with the ability to apply common direction and positive team spirit across professional and cultural differences. As part of an organization in transformation, you must be able to make (many) decisions without knowing every detail and be creative and innovative when facing new challenges. Since you will handle many tasks at the same time you will need all of your overview skills and your ability to prioritize. Additionally, your CV comprises:
- A university degree in science or related
- 3+ years of direct global clinical trial management experience in phase 2-4 trials
- Solid knowledge of the drug development process
- Good project management experience and motivation for this key aspect of the job

You will join approx. 30 Clinical Trial Professionals at the HQ in Ballerup, Copenhagen or virtually if based elsewhere. However, more important than the number is our culture.
