You will be working in an international, dynamic and complex business and in an ever-changing environment with lots of uncertainty. The role requires engagement with senior decision makers and has a significant impact on the business. You will be supporting a global function, which means that you will work across many teams (sales affiliates, R&D, etc.) to create success.
As Business Finance Partner for Global Therapeutic & Value Strategy, you will be working together with the Executive Vice President for GT&VS and the wider GT&VS Leadership team supporting Marketing, Market Access & Pricing, Medical Affairs, Business Insights and Commercial Excellence.
You will be a central person in GT&VS and will be involved in a wide range of tasks and discussions. Based on your financial insights you will provide proactive sparring to the leadership team and challenge relevant stakeholders in GT&VS.
Your primary tasks in this role will include:
Who are you?
The ideal candidate has a Master’s degree in finance, accounting or similar and a strong interest in Finance, preferably within the Pharma industry. We expect at least 3-5 years working experience from a similar position.
It is important that you have a strong analytical mindset, problem-solving capabilities and the curiosity to understand commercial processes and their importance for the business. It is an advantage if you have experience within business finance and a solid understanding of commercial functions – being able to connect the dots between Line of Business and Finance. We expect you to be able to challenge the status quo as well as communicate complex matters in a simple and engaging way. In this role you should be pragmatic and solution oriented, and able to balance when it is required to be detailed with seeing the big picture.
You are fluent in English, both written and orally. Furthermore, we expect you to be a super user of MS Office, in particular Excel and Power Point. Ideally you are experienced within SAP and SAP Analysis, but it is not a pre-requisite.
You might not possess all skills listed above or the experience, but with the willingness to learn and the right attitude will get you a long way in this exciting role.

You will become a part of the Commercial Business Finance team, counting eight very engaged and ambitious professionals. We work hard and it is important for us that our work has an impact, but we also thrive in an informal working environment. We are a department within Global Finance and we are located in LEO Pharma’s Headquarter in Ballerup, Denmark.
Global Therapeutic & Value Strategy
In close collaboration with our Regions, we lead launches and commercialization planning of our future LEO portfolio, as well as drive growth to boost our existing topical and biologic Dermatology business. You will be responsible for a cost-base in the tens of millions of Euros annually.

- Setting the long- and short-term strategy for GT&VS functions
- Target setting
- OPEX forecasting
- Providing input to business cases on strategic brands
- Delivering timely and relevant management reporting
- Defining relevant KPIs
- Creating transparency and supporting decision making
- Facilitation of resource allocation and prioritization
- Process improvements across Finance and Commercial functions
