You will have a unique possibility to work with the entire range of end-to-end processes within the “Lead-to-Order” area. You will be highly involved in working with the implementation of our new pricing tool, integrating the tool with our CRM platform (Salesforce.com), creating best-practice for global pricing processes and at the same time play a key role in supporting our global customer master data.
In the newly established position as Global Commercial Process Specialist you will work out of our headquarter in Ballerup where you will report to the Global Process Owner, Commercial. You will join an international team with highly dedicated and skilled colleagues, where you will have the opportunity for personal and professional growth in a dynamic workplace.
The team drives and enhances processes from “Lead-to-Order” for the entire business in close collaboration with the global sales organization as well as with other corporate functions.

Your primary area of responsibility will be to participate in our upcoming pricing tool implementation, where you will be a key project contributor. You will be responsible for optimizing and governing processes, policies and procedures and you will be the global owner of the process after “go-live” and facilitate the local ownership of our new pricing tool.
You will assist in defining solid global business processes in close collaboration with the business process owners from our sites. In addition, you will act as superuser in our systems supporting our commercial processes and be highly involved in new projects to continuously improve our “Lead-to-Order processes.
Additional responsibilities:
Experience within commercial and business processes
We expect that you have worked with commercial excellence, pricing tools or have worked in a similar role or (e.g. a Sales or Business Process Role or as an ERP/CRM consultant) and preferably you have had a close collaboration with Sales and IT stakeholders. You are driven by change and improving processes and we expect that you have a great “commercial mindset” and can drive initiatives forward.
It will be an advantage if you have a profound understanding of sales processes, Salesforce.com, marketing automation tools and experience with optimization of workflows, preferably on a global scale.
You should have profound knowledge in customer pricing processes (blanket agreements, discount, rebates, promotions, chargebacks and commissions) and strong skills within customer master data.
To succeed in this job, it is important that you are curious, would like to learn new things and not afraid to ask questions and suggest solutions. You should like to work with people in an international environment, but you should also be able to work independently when required. You are used to working in a structured and systematic manner and deliver high quality work.
Since we are a global company, you will be involved in cross-cultural collaboration. Therefore, it is important that you communicate on a high level in written and verbal English. You must also be able to travel (estimated 20 days a year).

- Drive the process design, modelling and documentation within the “Lead-to-Order” processes field
- Improvement of processes on a global scale. Align process improvement plans with other business process owners
- Identifying gaps and issues in the “Lead-to-Order” process and drive the design of solutions
- Communicate with stakeholders to secure solutions are aligned with our strategy and business requirements
- Take an active role as Business Process Owner in IT projects
- Develop and maintain training material and conduct training for end users globally
