Your main objective will be to lay the foundation for a successful execution and sustainable impact of a high-profiled program, which is a key steppingstone in realizing LEO Pharma’s ambitious 2030 growth strategy.

In the IPO Preparedness Program Office, you will get the chance to work closely with leadership teams across the organization where you will engage in the execution of several major initiatives and support the transformation that LEO Pharma has embarked on. You will be very close to the strategic decision making that will impact the company both in the short term and long term
As an inhouse management consultant you will have two main areas of responsibility – firstly, support in driving the overall program management and secondly, driving your own projects within the various workstreams or as part of the Program Office. The work will provide you with high exposure to senior management and great opportunities to engage with key stakeholders across functions.
The job
We are looking for both entry and senior level inhouse management consultants/project managers to join our IPO Preparedness Program Office. Your overall objective is to provide support in the execution of strategic projects, as well as act as a sparring partner to the business to ensure that the program delivers on the objective and thus ensuring LEO Pharma is prepared for a possible IPO.
- Act as an inhouse management consultant to advise, guide and support leaders and their teams in strategic projects across the business by utilizing your project management toolbox and expertise
- Proactively identify and drive resolution of key issues and critical interfaces
- Ensure transparency, accuracy, and clarity on progress within the Program Office and the individual workstreams by building up a clear and standardized progress reporting on all KPIs and execution timelines
- Conduct training and facilitate workshops on processes and tools used in the Program Office to promote best practice and streamlined ways of working
- Prepare and present data and decision proposals for senior management and other stakeholders to drive, track and align progress across the program
You will join a dedicated team of high-caliber specialists that is placed under the CFO in a central Program Office. You will be part of a team that works very independently within our fields of expertise, but with a strong team spirit, professional inspiration, sparring and relaxed atmosphere. You will be based in our office in Ballerup but will interact with colleagues around the world.
Your qualifications
To succeed in the role, you master the art of understanding and managing in a complex environment. The role is well-suited for ambitious candidates who are keen to develop within an industry with a strong purpose.
- Master's degree in business administration, economics or similar
- At least 2-6 years of experience working within management consulting or inhouse project management/strategy/business development function, preferably from cross-functional and global projects
- PMI/Prince2 experience
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Financial acumen and ability to translate data into decision drivers
- Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and on all levels of the organization, influencing, motivating, and engaging senior leaders, teams, and individuals
- Background from a large global company, preferably pharmaceutical, or a management consulting firm.
