At Siemens Mobility, we deliver transport and logistic solutions to ensure a reliable and sustainable infrastructure. Solutions that can handle the challenges from increasing traffic in the larger cities and airports because of the rising urbanization. Right now, we are facing many new and exciting projects which include a new signaling system for the Copenhagen S-bane, electrification of the mail line railways in Denmark, establishment of Copenhagen Light Rail, delivery of new electrical locomotives to the train operation in Denmark. These are just some of our projects and right now we need you to help us succeed in our mission to make public transportation more digital and sustainable.
To strengthen and support our ongoing growth, Siemens Mobility is looking for a Scrum Master or Project Manager with experience within software development. We are looking for a colleague to be part of our software development team, consisting of highly professional Projects Managers. We employ many specialists that work with solutions to the Danish transport sector as well as projects aboard. You can read more about us here.

- You will participate in managing the software development team consisting of 6 developers
- You will be responsible for managing teams of specialists
- With specialists by your side, you will manage and control complex technical issues to create results
- The tasks of the project are versatile and require competencies within planning, communication, understanding of contracts, handling stakeholders and technical management

Your qualifications
- You are educated engineer or other relevant education and has experience within software development. Alternatively, you are educated within project management with a good understanding of software development and has experience with management within that area.
- You have documented experience with project management as project manager and it is an advantage if you are a certified scrum master or holds another relevant certification
- You understand which mechanisms to use to get a fruitful cooperation with clients and internal stakeholders
- You can make your projects team work optimally through leadership
- You must be willing to take supplementary project management training and relevant certifications
- You can quickly get an overview of systems and their interfaces to other systems, or you might have experience with system architecture or design
- You master English or Danish, both orally and written. Knowledge of German is an advantage
