Would you like to be the one who ensures maximum business impact of our digitalisation and improvement projects?
We offer you a position where you will work on a growing portfolio of digital solutions and develop, shape and implement digitalisation projects in our Grundfos plants globally.

Join our CI digitalisation team
You will become part of our Continuous Improvement (CI EMEA) department. We are a small, powerful team supporting our plants with step change improvements and problem-solving, and in this spirit, we drive the roll-out of digital solutions that will make our plants more effective and suited for the future. Together with our digitalisation department, we set the direction for digitalisation within operations, which support Grundfos’ overall digitalisation journey.
We are part of our European network with +20 CI colleagues hosting yearly conferences focusing on team building and knowledge sharing.

Manage successful project implementations
You will be involved both before, during and after project roll-outs. However, you will spend most of your time ensuring that we gain the desired results from our digital projects and that implementations are incorporated and adapted to the day-to-day operations in our plants. You can expect to be working on multiple projects at the same time – right now we have 7 digitalisation projects in process. You will also be expected to provide input to the development of new digital solutions.
Specifically, you will:
You should expect between 70-100 travel days per year to our different plants, primarily within Europe, depending on where you choose to be located. As you will be supporting plants across Grundfos, you can be based near any of our plants, but we prefer a candidate to either Serbia, Hungary or Mexico.

- Lead the implementation of Industry 4.0 projects, ensuring they are integrated into our shop floor and that systems are used optimally
- Handle stakeholders from e.g. Digital Development, IT and Advanced Manufacturing Engineering and ensure performance systems are integrated well into current systems
- Manage budget and resources for digital projects in the CI department
- Facilitate kaizen workshops and educate, coach and motivate internal stakeholders toward change and a digitally enabled mindset
- Be a role model for lean behaviour and an ambassador for improvements and new digital solutions

Experienced project & stakeholder manager
We imagine that you:
- Have several years of management or project management experience ideally within industrial production in an international company
- Are experienced with digitalisation and Industry 4.0 or similar areas
- Have proven CI/lean experience as well as experience with coaching and facilitating change
- Are a front runner within IT and interested in new trends
- Communicate effortlessly in English both written and verbally
