Drive global talent acquisition in Grundfos
As HR Director for Attraction in Grundfos HR Services, your main responsibility will be to develop, implement and drive a high-performing global talent acquisition organization.
Reporting to our group senior HR Director for HR Services, you will have 6 direct reports and lead a team of 25 Recruiters based in Europe, Middle East, America and Asia. In addition to leading the Attraction team, you will collaborate closely with the rest of our HR Service Management team as well as relevant project teams. Moreover, you can expect to travel internationally around 20 to 30 days a year.
Lead an international team and strengthen the Grundfos brand
Your main responsibility will be to ensure that your team offers excellent value addition to Grundfos managers and employees in the areas of employer branding, recruitment and on-/offboarding. And with a strong vision of expanding the Grundfos employer brand globally, you drive continuous improvement initiatives and show direction by introducing new trends and state-of-the-art solutions.

- Act as a recruitment partner with hiring managers on strategic and high-level positions, supporting and influencing the final hiring decision
- Manage and allocate internal and external resources to drive performance in the team
- Manage vendor budget and be responsible for the cost-efficiency in the team

Extensive experiences and strategic acumen
- You have 8+ years of experience leading a talent acquisition team within an international corporate environment – preferably within manufacturing
- You have extensive knowledge of recruiting, employer branding and onboarding/offboarding systems and tools, including assessments and behavioural interviewing
- You are equipped to drive analysis of our systems and tools while delivering operational excellence
- You possess a great understanding of the relevant systems, local laws and regulations covering the HR area
