At Grundfos, we develop state-of-the-art water management technology for both private and commercial use that is both reliable and sustainable. In Bjerringbro, you will join the E-Pumps & Drives Development department dedicated to driving and facilitating the development projects. Here, you will take responsibility for various technical processes as a part of different development teams together with technical project managers.
The managers will take care of all project related tasks, so you can focus on driving the development of the technical solutions together with dedicated design teams, manufacturing engineering teams and other relevant functions.
Drive technical project processes
Being the technical lead on electrical, mechanical and software related development processes for water management systems, you:
“From beginning to end, you get to follow and drive the projects from a technical perspective. And you will be there from initial scoping to production, sales and optimisations. The technical aspects of the projects will be yours,” says Andreas Back-Pedersen, Senior Manager of E-Pumps & Drives Development.
A place where your voice matters
As the technical lead on projects, you will be a central link between project members working on electrical, mechanical and software development processes, the management and many other functions throughout Grundfos. For each project, you may be in contact with many people, building yourself a broad network across Grundfos and using your voice to drive these projects in the right direction.

Experienced technical leader with knowledge of electronics
With your innate people skills, you are able to motivate and engage others involved in projects and tasks, ensuring they are achieved within given deadlines and requirements. You know how to take on the technical leadership of a project, and you have the knowledge to drive them in a complex, international organization.

- Drive the scoping, preparation, specification, design, implementation and documentation
- Decide on appropriate architecture and solutions and align these across platforms
- Actively communicate with other functions to gather information on technical system requirements and make sure developed systems fulfil these
- Actively drive technical project members to ensure traction in development processes
- Monitor development and ensure technical quality throughout projects

Furthermore, we imagine that you have:
- Solid, proven experience with technical leadership – maybe as a technical project manager, development engineer or the like
- Experience with development, preferably within electronics – experience with mechanics and software is a great plus
- An engineering degree
- Fluent oral and written communication skills in English, and you are capable of functioning in an English-only speaking environment as well as communicating with less English-proficient global peers
