Manage lab techs and testing of medical devices
You join Director for Immunoassay R&D Systems, Mads Tarp's, development team and will be responsible for establishing and executing analyzer V&V plans for hardware, software and chemistry including Polarion process implementation. Owning the process for prioritizing, planning and executing the right tests at the right time is one of your key focus areas. In the team, we ensure that the budget for testing is kept, the lead-time from request to valuable data is low, and we work on improving the process flow for higher quality outcome of system tests.
We strive to advice our colleagues from the R&D team on how to improve their test protocols and avoid possible misunderstandings. This can be tricky as we collaborate with engineers and technical specialists within chemistry, software, mechanics, and electronics. Every team member knows that asking the right questions from the beginning is important. This ensures that our colleagues reflect on how data from each test can help them getting a step closer to our goal.
Ultimately, our help in the development process ensures that we can offer healthcare professionals a device that is validated and that the quality and reliability of our Medical Device can be trusted.
Your responsibilities
The test lab is located on site in Brønshøj as you are and requirements for travelling are low.
Qualifications
We expect you have a M.Sc. in Engineering, Biological/Life Sciences, Chemistry or equivalent. This combined with most of the following experiences increase your chances of success in the job:

Your responsibilities
- Establishing and executing analyzer V&V plans for hardware, software and chemistry including Polarion process implementation (traceability, V&V test documentation)
- Daily planning of system integration development tests and V&V tests including allocation of resources
- Maintaining configuration overview at all times, planning development and V&V test activities accordingly
- Implementation of Electronic Laboratory Notebook, maintenance of Electronic Analyzer Logbook, improvement of analyzer data collection and analysis
- Ensuring that the right test materials are in place and documented in the appropriate systems
- Collaboration with our assay development lab in Turku, Finland, and software development team in Bangalore, India, including dynamic resource allocation

Qualifications
We expect you have a M.Sc. in Engineering, Biological/Life Sciences, Chemistry or equivalent. This combined with most of the following experiences increase your chances of success in the job:
- V&V management, experience with an ALM tool is an advantage
- Test management, certification is an advantage
- Configuration management, experience with baselining is an advantage
- Data management, experience with databases is an advantage
- Laboratory management, experience with inventory management is an advantage
- Experience with people management
