Own SAP Finance and drive the next phase of our transition
Our EMEA Operational Finance Team has the responsibility for the accounting activities within all SAP entities in the Nilfisk Group including the Corporate Headquarter. All in all the team covers 23 reporting entities spread over 15 countries and together, which is a substantial part of our total group turnover. During the past 2-3 years the company has undergone a significant transformation as well as the company complete a OMX Copenhagen stock exchange listing.
Due to a forthcoming maternity leave, we are offering a temporary position for a Finance Business Process Owner to drive the next phase of our transition and support the finance team to accurately report our numbers to key stakeholders on schedule.
You will have the opportunity to work closely alongside Group functions such as Tax, Treasury and Group Finance to co-ordinate projects and improvement initiatives.
Limited travel of approx. 10 days per year to our subsidiaries could be expected. Based in our HQ in Brøndby (Greater Copenhagen), you will report to our VP Head of Operational Finance EMEA.

- Design, resolution and review of issues, risks and business impacts for the owned processes.
- Act as an interface between the business and the technical IT specialists, translating the business requirements.
- Proactively and on on-going basis identify internal and external best practices that will enable improvement of the standard end-to-end process.
- Understand how the business operates, business changes and align business requirements
Proactive Finance Specialist motived by driving change
To succeed in this role, you have an educational background in finance, economics or another relevant field as well as following experience and skills:
- Around 5 years of Business Process experience, ideally working as a Controller in an International Company
- You will need great communication skills to manage stakeholders at all levels
- Previous SAP FI Implementation experience would be a distinct advantage
- In order to act as an intermediate between Finance and IT, SAP Landscape knowledge and Finance background is important
- You are fluent in English as this will be your main communication language, Danish would be a plus

- Well organized with a structured and detailed approach
- Good at establishing strong and trustful relationships with internal as well as external stakeholders
- Put an honor in delivering correct numbers and understand the value of this for the business
- Proactive, take initiative and constantly looking to improve performance, processes etc.
