We are offering the opportunity for a motivated Global Campaign Manager to join our Global Campaigns and Content team, which consists of strategists, copywriters, digital specialists and graphic designers based in Brøndby (Greater Copenhagen). The team supports the global marketing organization with engaging segment and product campaigns broad range of purposes and departments.

The position is currently set to cover a 12-month time while another Campaign Manager serves a special assignment, but extension to permanent employment is possible.

We are building the future of cleaning, and you will be a key player in helping Nilfisk meet the changing demands, needs and standards. The Global Campaign Manager is responsible for the effective content and strategy development of segment-specific and product launch marketing campaigns that drive the growth of Nilfisk, meeting various global and regional organizational goals.

The position is also responsible to create channel-specific strategies that engage end-users while supporting direct and distribution sales models. To achieve this, the Campaign Manager will liaise regularly with a broad team of global and local marketers, sales leaders and product marketing team members.

Ultimately, the global campaign team’s work ensures that Nilfisk products and brands are well represented in the market.

Major Areas of Responsibility:

  • Develop and roll-out segment-specific marketing communications campaigns globally and locally that increase awareness of Nilfisk products and grow our business by generating sales leads
  • Mapping of the customer journey, as well as designing the right marketing mix
  • Imagine, and work with support to teams. to create application-specific material that can be used by local field marketing organisations, including, but not limited to, guides, videos, case studies, interactive media, online tools, printed media, images, and detail aids.
  • Optimise channel communication to ensure appropriate content is available, for example dealer kits and POS material for use in the indirect channel, or social media and other forms of direct communication for use in the consumer and direct channel
  • Agency-management: source and utilize lead agencies for concept-development as needed; our in-house agency for development of materials; and our in-house insights team for the necessary analytical foundation
  • Provide training and support for campaign launches to local marketeers
  • Ensure coordination amongst team and with wider global field marketing organisation
  • Facilitate and participate in campaign review function/team to ensure that all campaigns are vetted and are appropriate for the Nilfisk regional markets
  • Measure success of campaigns and produce recommendations for future efforts and activities.
  • Work with key customers and spend time in the field to develop evidence and proof points to underpin Nilfisk’s value propositions
  • Undertake market research and voice of the customer (VOC) activity, in collaboration with complimentary marketing members, within chosen segments in order to fully understand the market and develop segment specific value propositions and material.

Are you the right match?

We imagine that you have a university degree in Marketing, Communications or similar field and 5+ years of experience as a B2B Marketing Communications professional, or similar role that include campaign-based marketing.

To succeed in this position, you are both a creative and quantitative thinker. You bring applicable experience launching direct-to-end user campaigns globally through various channels and with progressive marketing techniques. You have excellent PowerPoint layout/design skills and working knowledge of marketing technology tools (automation, CRM, analytics, etc.).

You have strong collaboration skills and can with empathy work with a broad group of stakeholders across departments, levels and time zones. Your strategic thinking, prioritization and project planning skills are above average, as are your communication skills – both face to face and in writing. We are a global company therefore fluent English written and spoken is required and international experience is preferred. You will use your strong analytical thinking skills to draw qualitative and quantitative outcomes. With your self-driven, self-starting and determined attitude you take initiative with enthusiasm.

This position requires up to 40 days of international travel per year.
