If yes, then you are who we would like for this student assistant position at Total Exploration & Production (E&P), Denmark (TEPDK).
Key Responsibilities
Overall, with the varying day-to-day tasks and approximately 15-20 hours per week, you are responsible for managing and shaping your daily tasks.
You will be given a clear area of responsibility which to a certain extent will depend on your experience, personality and educational background. There will also be routine tasks, and opportunities to be involved in different tasks across the team.
This particular role sits within the Digital & Projects Team within the Information Solutions team and is very much focused on Project coordination and reporting as well as administering business processes.
Your weekly tasks will involve:
Project Management
Change and Communication Management
Support the SAP team and the department

Your weekly tasks will involve:
Project Management
- Support the Project Management Office with Project Management Coordination tasks including creating and maintaining the project plans and documentation in line with the IS Project Management Framework
- Report and communicate progress on the IS Projects including status updates, KPI’s, reports and dashboards and Minutes of Meetings.
- Supporting the team to improve the internal Project Management processes and ways of working.
- Ad-hoc Administrative tasks
Change and Communication Management
- Support the design, development, delivery and management of IS related communications
Support the SAP team and the department
- Creating and raising service orders
