We are expanding our People Program Office with a Training Lead, who will be working with our People Project Managers, Program Directors, Business Process Leads and other stakeholders to define our training activities in support of our transformational journey. You will be responsible for building the training agenda, training plan, syllabus setup as well as driving the training execution on our business transformation and global ERP solution – One Process.
The challenge
One Process will redefine the way we work in STG and over time transform our company to work in end-to-end processes supporting the overall ambition of the company. You will be actively contributing to the Training Strategy for the project being developed together with our implementation partner and subsequently, own the execution of this strategy in collaboration with the project and the business process leads. Your responsibilities

- Actively contribute to the One Process Training Strategy to be developed in collaboration with our implementation partner
- Own the execution of the Training Strategy together with the Business Process Leads in collaboration with the partner
- Be responsible for gathering and quality assuring input to the training needs analysis, curriculum and catalogue from the functional teams
- Ensure the training goals and milestones are met while adhering to the implementation timeline
- Own the setup and maintenance of our LMS for One Process and learning tools such as SAP Enable Now
- Support the delivery of Train-the-Trainer and be responsible for end-user training delivery
- Monitor, evaluate and make improvements to the training program’s effectiveness, success and ROI
- Gathering, assessing, comprising and creating meaningful reports and presentations that ultimately gets presented to senior stakeholders within the organization
What we are looking for
- To be successful in this role you will need experience in building, leading, driving and executing training agendas for larger employee groups across a number of countries and cultures in a big project. In addition, we are looking for the following experience:
- You have at least 5 years of post-school experience within training, L&D, SAP or other relevant roles with documented results.
- Experience in managing training agendas and setting up a syllabus for specific employee roles/profiles
- Experience working with big transformation projects in an international context.
- Experience in engaging and consulting with senior stakeholders in relation to change and training
- A relevant degree, could be within psychology, change management, HR or similar
- Experience with SAP and train-the-trainer model is preferred
- You are detail-oriented and have high business acumen to know when perfection is needed
- You are structured and able to prioritize and deliver on a wide range of deliverables simultaneously
- You should be fluent in English, both written and spoken
