The position
In this role you will lead the Future AP Cleanroom program , which is part of an innovation track that spans all of our aseptic production facilities world-wide. You will work close with key specialists, project managers and senior leaders to develop our cleanroom areas and environmental monitoring in aseptic production. Your main responsibilities will be focused on: Leading the innovation program and direction Managing global stakeholders across development and operations areas Facilitating collaboration, creating a space for inspiration and sharing and at the same time ensuring progress and alignment on projects Utilizing collaboration with academia's, start-ups, innovation houses, suppliers, and our production sites to bring in new technoology and optimise the process in aseptic production facilitites The project portfolio is a diverse and utilizes developments and innovation from a variety of disciplines including new technology, behaviour, change management, and process improvements. The projects all have different levels of complexity, but are all aligned to bring a positive impact on our production sites through minimizing deviations, automating processes, reducing or eliminating manual work and improving aseptic conditions.
Qualifications
To be a competitive candidate, you should have: A master's degree with a technical or scientific background At least, 5 years of experience with project management in a regulated environment and a wide range of business experience Proven track record of implementing cross organisational projects including organisational change management (OCM) Fully proficient in both written and spoken English As a person, you are ambitious, embrace changes and you are politically savvy, enabling you to build trusting relationships across organisational levels and influence the organization by leveraging on your informal leadership skills. You have strong business acumen and can speak technical and business. You are sharp at interacting with senior level managers, and you are recognised as a strong collaborator and facilitator. It is an advantage if you have subject matter expertise within aseptic production.

Manufacturing Development is a part of Biotech & Rare Disease (BRD) with a team of over 650 colleagues working together to optimize and develop processes across six global production sites. Our field of work broadly covers the area also known as MSAT (Manufacturing, Science, and Technology). We bring value to our patients by driving innovation for the entire BRD, working with Industry 4.0, new technologies, biotechnology, and developing processes for both existing and future products. BRD is part of Novo Nordisk Product Supply, which is a global production network at the forefront of technology and quality production of pharmaceutical products. In BRD, we are not only supplying all Novo Nordisk products to people living with serious chronic diseases, but we also use our competences in biotech to support the growing efforts into completely new production platforms and therapy areas for Novo Nordisk.
We are more than 3000 dedicated colleagues working at six production sites in Denmark and the United States. Here we cover the entire production value chain where raw materials are cultivated, purified, formulated, filled, assembled in devices, packed, and distributed across the globe. As more and more people need our products, we support Novo Nordisk's initiatives in new therapy areas. Every day, we work to streamline and expand our capacity through process innovation, automation, and the introduction of new technology.
