H+H is a wall building materials provider. The core activity is production and sale of autoclaved aerated concrete (AAC) and calcium silicate units (CSU). The products are building blocks used for wall building primarily in the residential new building segment.

The role:
Do you want to make your mark on the wall building material development? Are you an ambitious and skilled project manager with a soft spot for game-changing green solutions?
We are currently looking for a candidate who strives to ensure that the innovation projects are delivered on time, within budget and scope. You will refer directly to CINO (Chief Innovation Officer)
It will be your responsibility to provide various kinds of analysis, and actively manage communication and relationships with the innovation project team members as well as other internal or external stakeholders.

Academic education – preferably in Business Innovation and Management
Administrative/- and IT competencies
Experience with launch of products
Experience in go-to-market execution and strategy
Experience with innovation environments
Personal skills:
Structured and analytical working method
Energetic
Empathetic and dialogue oriented
Good communicator
Fluent English in writing and speaking
