Everfuel is the new fuel company in Europe – providing green hydrogen for larger vehicle fleets like buses, trucks and taxies. Everfuel provides the missing link between renewable energy and green transportation as a partner, owner and operator of PtX plants, hydrogen distribution and hydrogen fueling stations.

About the job position
As Project Manager you will be responsible for project management of technology projects. You will lead a team of engineers on engineering and technology projects on a wide scope of engineering areas such as mechanical, software, process and control. You will be working with all aspects of project management with projects ranging from specific components to complex systems in an environment with highly technical ATEX regulated equipment.

Reporting will be to the CTO. Place of work will be Høgild near Herning, Denmark but you should expect some travelling days a year onsite. You will be part of an ever growing team of motivated people who are dedicated to make green hydrogen for transportation a competitive alternative to fossil fuels – do you want to make an impact on the future? – Then join us!

Your tasks will include:

  • Determine and define project scope and objectives
  • Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources
  • Lead the project teams
  • Prepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirements
  • Track project costs in order to meet budget
  • Assessment and manage project risks
  • Development and manage detailed project schedule and work plan
  • Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments and progress
  • Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables
  • Utilize industry best practices, techniques and standards throughout entire project execution
  • Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed
  • Development processes
  • Input to quality management system

Requirements
You have a relevant educational background most likely on engineer level with relevant courses regarding project management. You have a minimum of 10 years of experience from related jobs.

You are structured with excellent planning and follow up skills, consistent and clear with documentation. You are focused on details but also highly productive to get things done. You have good interpersonal skills and can work both independently and in teams. You are proficient in both written and spoken Danish and English. As a person you are dedicated to your job and you want to make a difference to the world by working in a company that wants to make green transportation possible. You have the stamina to withstand pressure from various internal and external parties.

  • Relevant technical education
  • At least 10 years of relevant job experience
  • Experience with project management in technology and development projects
  • Good technical understanding of process technology, control and software
  • Ability and desire to lead
  • Danish and English in writing and orally for professional use
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and ERP Systems

Advantages

  • Experience from industry working with flammable gases under high pressure
  • German in writing and orally for professional use
