Academic Work is looking for a Project Coordinator for our client Sigma. The team you will be joining is working on projects surrounding new tech medical forms. Additionally, you will be part of a dynamic team of project managers, all of them are executing and running exciting projects. You will be responsible for assisting and supporting the team's project manager through documentation work, stakeholder management and practical tasks, such as being in contact with the production and testing the equipment. These ongoing projects are revolutionizing an industry – And many resources have been allocated to bring these projects to realization. For this position, we are looking for a person who has experience and interest in working with documentation, many stakeholders, and be close to the technical part of the production.

Sigma is born and raised in the Life Science industry, and with their team of highly experienced consultants, they focus on providing pharma engineering and management expertise and access to technical experts to their clients in the food and pharma manufacturing industry. Sigma’s core business is project management, both technical and quality-focused competencies, covering all phases of the pharmaceutical facility lifecycle covering from Design/Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Commissioning, Validation to optimizing Routine Operations.
About the role
Academic Work is looking for a Project Coordinator for our client Sigma. The team you will be joining is working on projects surrounding new tech medical forms. Job duties
- Assist and support project managers
- Participate in project meetings and follow-up of the projects phases
- Documentation work and reporting of the project and production
- Contact with stakeholders in connection with production
- Collaboration with quality people
We are looking for
- You have a minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience with project management and documentation work
- Educational background is not a decisive factor, but you may come with a: technical background or have taken a bachelor or master in: Pharmacy, project management etc.
- You possess a good theoretical understanding of project management but also have a pragmatic approach that draws you towards the project and its various stages
As a person you are:
- Outgoing and enjoy cooperating with colleagues and stakeholders
- Systematic and structured - As a large part of your work consists of documentation
- Business-oriented and can quickly adjust to new projects

- Start date: 1st of June 2021
- Type of work: Full-time
- Employment Extent: 7 months with the possibility of permanent employment
- Location: Sjælland
- Travel days: 15-20 travel days a year (In DK and EU)
