The position
As a Senior Manager at , you will:
• Build up the organisation for operations.
• Define roles and responsibilities within the future production support organisation within 25L.
• Lead the transformation for the project phase into operations.
• Coordinate and administer a range of diverse administrative or staff functions.
• Provide executive business support to senior leaders and act as a strategic sparring partner.
• Drive day-to-day activities representing the Head of the area across the organisation.
• Follow up on actions and prepare presentations on behalf of the senior leader.
• Lead key projects across the organisation and ensure alignment through stakeholder management.
• Design or modify business processes and solutions to achieve operational excellence.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have:
• Proven experience in logistics management.
• Strong leadership skills and experience in change management.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• A strategic mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Experience in managing budgets and resources effectively.
About the department
The department will consist of Intra logistic, Weigh and Dispense. We practice change management and cLEAN leadership tools, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Our team is responsible for setting and sharing goals, ensuring the right competences and training plans, and maintaining clear communication and collaboration. We manage the investment and cost budget within our department, striving for excellence in all processes.
