Rosendahl Design Group is looking for a dedicated and experienced Demand Planner who is eager to develop, document, and drive a demand planning process while continuously improving forecast accuracy in terms of product mix, volume, and bias, aligned with our objectives.
Your key responsibilities will include:

About you and your skills:
We envision that you have 3-8 years of experience in demand planning and S&OP. If you also have experience in other areas of supply chain planning, it would be advantageous. Additionally, we expect that you:

Rosendahl Design Group is looking for a dedicated and experienced Demand Planner who is eager to develop, document, and drive a demand planning process while continuously improving forecast accuracy in terms of product mix, volume, and bias, aligned with our objectives.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and conducting demand review meetings
- Ensuring alignment of the demand plan across sales and finance on an 18-24 month horizon
- Making commercial analyses and presenting insights
- Managing the monthly demand planning process within AGR, including:
- Cleansing sales data for anomalies
- Enriching the plan with campaign input, cannibalization from new products, distribution changes, and more
- Monitoring and reporting on significant changes in sales forecasts relative to budget and business strategy
- Driving demand-based scenarios based on market risks and opportunities
- Contributing to estimating new product introductions in the PLM process
You will become part of Rosendahl Design Group’s planning team, driven by high expertise and a strong commercial mindset. You will report to our Demand & S&OP Manager.
About you and your skills:

- Possess statistical forecasting understanding, including various forecasting models
- Understand segmentation and differentiated planning
- Is proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
- Understand the interaction between retail and wholesale
- Have an understanding of product lifecycle
