You will join our Global IT Projects department
As one of our new Project Managers in Global IT you will be part of a passionate team, which primary consists of colleagues within Project Management. Ramboll’s Global IT Project department is responsible for executing on the project pipeline and portfolio as well as ensuring organisational adoption. We have great company values, a strong collaboration culture and retain high employee satisfaction. Global IT has the past years embarked on the journey to professionalize the way we do IT and currently we work on improving how we run IT Projects. We manage a project portfolio of up to 100 new projects per year encompassing both global and local projects which is a mix of business-driven and IT-based projects. You will be based out of our Copenhagen office.

Preferably you come from a large global or international organisation where you have managed global development and implementation projects and interacted with senior/executive stakeholders.

Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:
- Plan new projects in close dialogue with business managers and IT stakeholders, ensuring a good project foundation for decision by management
- Execute projects with special focus on managing scope, ensuring right resources, driving progress, working closely with your business counterpart and communicating with key stakeholders etc.
- Contribute to continuous development of our processes and tools in the IT Projects department as well as broader in Global IT
Your starting point for constant growth
From the moment you join Ramboll, we will support your personal and professional development so that you grow with the company. For this role, we believe your starting point is:
- Bachelor or Master’s degree
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills
- 4-10+ years project management experience from IT-based business projects
- Full professional proficiency in English
- Relevant project management certifications (PMP, IPMA B/C, Prince2 P., MSP or similar)
- Ideally you have executed projects within at least two of the following areas: Application Implementation, Networks & Operations and IT Security
- Being structured and deliver on promise at stakeholder expectations are givens
- Industry knowledge is an advantage but not a requirement
