Join Group HR
As our new Student assistant you will be supporting the Group HR leadership team, which shapes, leads and manages our global people processes and priorities in Ramboll. The team consists of highly-skilled leaders with different professional and personal backgrounds, who all bring their HR functional expertise and personal strengths into play for the benefit of Ramboll. The project and functional portfolio of the team covers broadly and stretches over the whole employee lifecycle from recruiting, engaging and developing talents to rewards systems, transactional services and legal compliance. While the team has a strong tradition for virtual collaboration, the office is based in Copenhagen.

Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:
- Support Group HR communication activities and maintain HR intranet presence
- Support the practical execution of seminars and meetings
- Gather and analyse people data
- Ad hoc support to global projects run by the Group HR team

- You are approaching towards the end of your Bachelor/Master studies and have an interest in strategy and organization in an international setting
- You have excellent communication skills in English
- You are a true digital native and can do magic in Excel and Powerpoint – or keen to learn!

- You are a confident communicator and don’t shy back from a broad interface across the organization
- You have a can-do-attitude and look for solutions
