About the job


Our Quality Assurance team is seeking a motivated and innovative new team member to work on improving the global processes, and the digitalization efforts for client Service.

Your main focus will be on building, improving and monitoring Saxo bank presence on Global review sites, APP store reviews, and responses to Client interaction on Social Media platforms. This is a new function and a new venture for Saxo bank to professionally interact on these platforms.

Located in our Headquarters in Copenhagen where you will be working in a fast-paced, welcoming, international environment. The small team allows the opportunity for recognition and to really make a difference.

As our new colleague you will be responsible for:

  • Implementing a global structure for how reviews and SoMe messages are replied to
  • Ensuring that SLA and KPI are set up and adhered to
  • Drive the resources who are answering to the Reviews and messages to deliver quality and maximize the positive scores for Saxo bank
  • Set up and execute proficient training
  • Build monitoring of effect, and monitor global performance
  • Continuously evaluate what platforms Saxo bank is present on

Sales within Saxo bank


The global sales organisation is responsible for growing trading emissions and assets under management through acquisition of new direct and wholesale clients as well as through activation of the already existing client relationships, cross- and up-selling, development of global partnerships.

The sales organisation is split into two main client facing groups: the software as a service business and the direct business.

We aim to be digital first and implement world class digital engagement for all our clients and partners and focus on the human touch for our top clients and partners, ensuring that our teams in local offices spend their time on the most value-adding task with our partners and top direct clients.
